Returns & Refunds Policy

At Boca Music, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • We will honor exchanges given on new defective merchandise within fifteen days of purchase.

  • No exchanges or refunds on used or demo gear.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at customersupport@bocamusic.com to arrange for a return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five to seven business days.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
